FTP or torrent would be nice.
From what I've seen around is that hosting sites started blocking USA ip addresses (at the moment: Uploaded.to, Filejungle, Uploadstation).
And apparently Filesonic & Filepost are moving their servers out of the USA.
So after dust settles, things might look clearer what hosting sites are here to use.
